WP3 Objectives

WP3 aims at reference chemical and nano structure evaluation of specimens from WP2 using destructive methods, in order to verify the NanoXCT developing nondestructive methods. The main objectives are:

  • Reference measurements for chemical analysis and nano structure characterization of the specimens using advanced destructive methods and techniques;
  • Determination of the essential parameters for evaluation;
  • Collection of reference results and reporting;
  • Verification and support on NanoXCT nondestructive methods and techniques development.

Funding

The project NanoXCT receives funding from the European Union Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under grant agreement n° 280987.
