Dissemination activities are extremely important for the increase of public awareness and the maximization of the impact of any research project. Communication is a way of keeping all partners actively involved in the project, while it also allows openness upon the results achieved to the European community, young scientists and industrial users. Recognizing the importance of disseminating knowledge, QUICOM partners are actively involved in communicating the know-how achieved through publications in high-impact journals, participation at scientific and end-user meetings, press releases, media briefings, newsletters, web announcements, etc.
The following sections include the dissemination activities realized so far by the QUICOM consortium. Many of those include information which is entirely open to the public, such as newsletters, press releases and Open Access publications. Such entries are marked accordingly by the Open Access logo.
- Scientific Publications
- Conference Publications
- Workshop Presentations
- Seminar Presentations
- Poster Presentations
- Newsletters
- On the Web
Emphasis is given on disseminating project-based information, upon the research conducted and results achieved, in Open Access. QUICOM partners seek publications in Open Access journals, where project related publications can be read online, downloaded and printed, allowing the communication of know-how to the general public free of charge. QUICOM publications in Open Access are listed under the project’s dissemination activities
Finally, QUICOM publishable summaries include information on the progress, achieved results and societal impacts. You can explore the latest project progress here
