A highly skilled workforce of more than 800 is operating the laboratories that guarantee Airbus Group’s technical innovation potential with a focus on the long-term. The structure of the network and the teams within Airbus Group Innovations are organised in global and transnational Technical Capabilities Centres.

Airbus Group Innovations  is feeding the innovation pipeline from the emergence of new technologies to their maturity and transfer into products. The Technical Capability Centre “Structure Engineering, Production & Mechatronics” has the mission to make the best technologies, methods & tools available for all Airbus Group Units in its domain. Main contribution at the CORSAIR project:

Airbus Group Innovations role is to provide the relevant data for the developers in terms of characteristics, material and criteria. The company also will participate in several WPs and will perform CT tests. In addition, Airbus Group Innovations will test and evaluate the algorithms and methods developed during the project from the viewpoint of an industrial end-user.
